Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you want to redirect email messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
