FoFoHost.com & Charity.FoFoHost.com are initiatives of RAJKARM FINTECH LLC EIN 36-5013810. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances, within 30 days of the donation date, and are returned using the original method of payment. A request for refund must be completed in writing. Refund will be executed within 30 days from the receipt of the email.

Donors who would like to request for refund can be within 30 calendar days from date of donation should there be any of the following:
  • An error in the amount of donation payment.
  • If donor wants to retract donation made.
  • If there was an unauthorized usage of credit card transaction.
  • The donor’s circumstances have changed materially, for instance if the donation was made.
  • from the proceeds of a sale that was later canceled or refunded.
    • Donors may put up a refund request through any of the following channel:
    • Write in to charity@fofohost.com with transaction details.
    • Through your credit card’s issuing bank with transaction details.
    • Through our external partner / giving site such as Donor Box, Giving.
    Recurring Donation Refunds Donors have the option to give recurring or one-time donations. We are only able to refund donations from the 30 days before the date of the refund request. See Donation Refund Policy above.

    International Donation Refunds (non-USD gifts)     Donors who give via a currency other than USD will receive the full transaction amount in the original currency. If the gift is over $5,000 USD, the original exchange rate will be researched via the Federal Reserve website (www.federalreserve.gov) to ensure the refund amount is as close as possible to the amount originally contributed. See Donation Refund Policy above.

    Charitable Tax Status     If the donor has filed a tax return claiming a charitable deduction for the refunded gift, the donor is responsible for contacting their tax advisor to determine if their tax return needs to be amended. Mode of refunds: For credit card refunds, donation will be refunded to your credit card All cash, cheque or bank transfer, donation will be refunded via bank transfer. All refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and ascertained donation refund will be processed within 45 days from date of request. Charity By FoFoHost will require all related acknowledgement documents that were previously issued to the donor (such as official tax deductible receipts and donation forms) and make the relevant adjustments to the record maintained for tax deduction purposes with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) for the said donation.

         Charity By FoFoHost reserves all rights to request for additional personal particulars and transaction information as and when required to authenticate the refund request.
